Something is better than nothing.

Exercising for just 10 minutes a day, even doing some strengthening every day, is more beneficial than doing nothing at all.

Reading two pages of your favorite book is better than waiting for the “right” time to read a chapter.

Working for even one hour each day keeps you moving forward – unlike doing nothing at all the whole day.

Even just sitting at your desk and doing nothing is still a step ahead.

Who knows, you might end up learning something new. 

The key is simple: “SHOW UP DAILY.”

Progress comes from different actions, small or big, that you take each and every day.
